1. Our commitment
petlogOS is committed to making the service accessible to all users, including those with
disabilities. We are working towards conformance with
WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2).
2. What we have done
All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) have accessible labels.
Colour contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
The app works without JavaScript disabled for static legal pages.
ARIA roles and live regions are used for dynamic content updates.
The service is operable by keyboard.
3. Known limitations
An independent third-party WCAG audit has not yet been completed. We plan to commission one before the end of 2026.
PDF exports generated by the service have not been evaluated for screen-reader compatibility.
Complex data tables in the cost audit panel may be challenging on older screen readers.

We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix issues within 30 days where technically feasible.
5. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you can contact the
Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS):
